These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you and MonsterWin-Canada.org regarding your access to and use of the website located at https://monsterwin-canada.org (“Site”).

1. Acceptance

By accessing, browsing or using any part of the Site you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree — do not use the website.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 19 years old (or the legal gambling age in your province of residence) and have full legal capacity to accept these Terms. Persons under the relevant age are prohibited from using the Site.

3. Site Purpose & Limitation

The Site is an independent affiliate information platform only. It provides news, reviews, comparisons, guides and referral links to licensed gambling operators. We do not offer, facilitate or intermediate any real-money gambling services.

4. Affiliate Links

Many links are affiliate links. If you register / deposit / play through them the operator may pay us a referral fee. This does not increase your costs or reduce your bonuses / winnings.

5. Prohibited Conduct

  • Attempt to interfere with its availability or security
